Return & Refund Policy

Shipping

Mobile Hub ships within Canada only.


All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Compatibility issues

  • Customer ordering errors

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

  • Any reason other than our error

This policy applies to all mobile phones, laptops, and accessories.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

In accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws, we will replace or refund items that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrectly shipped

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mobilehubinc@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

If approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion

  • Return shipping will be covered by Mobile Hub

Items sent without prior approval will be refused.


No Returns for Other Reasons

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used phones or laptops

  • Opened or used accessories

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Special-order or custom items

  • Damage caused by misuse, liquid exposure, drops, or unauthorized repairs

If a return is exceptionally approved for reasons other than our error, all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and no refund is guaranteed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Approved defective or incorrect items will be replaced.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
