Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers
We use reliable third-party courier services such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx or other regional carriers depending on the destination and package size.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Local Pickup (Optional)
Local pickup may be available at our Brampton store location. If eligible, this option will be shown at checkout or communicated after purchase. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID when picking up your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Mobile Hub is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Mobile Hub is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mobile Hub is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
